Take Exit 130 off Interstate 40. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Old US-70. At the second light, turn right onto Highway 16. Continue on Highway 16 through downtown Conover passing Conover School on the right. Immediately after crossing the overpass, the Children's Advocacy Center is the second house (a two-story, red brick home) on the left.
